ARE YOUR PEOPLE ENERGIZED, ENGAGED & FULFILLING WHAT'S POSSIBLE?
In today's global economy, people are asked to be "on" 24-hours a day, sometimes 6-days a week, while being asked to do more with less. This leads to increased stress, elevated pressure and increased rate of burnout. At the same time, people are also juggling other responsibilities at home: being a parent, child of an aging parent, a spouse and trying to take care and nurture themself, too. It's no wonder "employer's are spending roughly $190B per year in burnout-related healthcare costs each year"(1) And, though Gallup reports the highest engagement numbers to date (34%), let's be honest, that number is nothing to be supremely proud of!(2)
People and organizations continue to operate from mental models created long ago when productivity and efficiency templates were built on managing production lines and the most effective tool we had was a to-do list. To-do lists get longer and longer by the day and people get more and more overwhelmed until their brains fry! There has got to be a better way!!!!
