EXECUTIVE COACHING: VICE-PRESIDENT

**Before State**
Despite engaging in coaching and attending several esteemed leadership development programs, there was a lack of significant behavioral improvement. An analysis of three employee feedback surveys conducted over the past decade, spanning three different organizations, revealed a troubling trend: the client exhibited impatience, raised their voice when frustrated, maintained an air of invulnerability, adopted a directive leadership style, and tended to view situations in black-and-white terms. 


**After State**

After eight months of executive coaching, the client, their relationship with their senior team, and their entire organization had undergone a complete transformation. In a 360-degree feedback assessment, their leadership style evolved to one of engagement and collaboration. They now prioritize listening and influence; the tendency to "yell" has vanished, allowing them to think more creatively and constructively. Upon returning from a vacation, their organization even decorated their office to celebrate their birthday—a gesture that would have been unheard of before our coaching engagement.

**After State**
