WHAT WE DO

Why How You Learn Matters

In 2024, organizations invested $98 billion in training and development programs, mainly to address the question: how can we quickly convey a large amount of information on a crucial topic? This approach, known as Informative Learning, focuses on knowledge transfer and reflects the traditional education model of sharing information and key concepts (oftentimes, the facilitator has written a book on the topic). While some attendees find these workshops insightful and leave motivated to apply a few ideas, many do not experience the same impact. Unfortunately, the chances of these workshops leading to genuine transformation or a change in perspective are quite low. They often end up being a waste of time and resources.


At the heart of our initiative is a powerful adult learning approach called Transformative Learning, designed to create profound shifts in mindset. We believe in more than just expanding knowledge; our mission is to empower individuals to reframe their perspectives on the world around them. This transformation leads to meaningful change in how they think and act. By fostering collaboration, we can accelerate progress and tackle the pressing challenges facing our organization with renewed vigor. Participants will not only gain fresh insights but will also leave feeling inspired and motivated to become catalysts for positive change within the organization.
